Update - 20 Nov 2022

So, I Have completed texturing in Adobe Substance 3D painter.

This time I went for stylized texturing because I never made a stylized robot before I wanted to try something new to learn. I wanted to make something like Pixar movies. So, here is my process for texturing in Adobe substance 3D painter.

Hope you like it and yes I will be uploading my final render soon.

Update - 18 Nov 2022

So, I completed baking  normal maps in marmoset toolbag and I baked Ambient Occlusion Map and Curvature Map in Substance designer

Update - 14 Nov 2022

I have finished UV unwrapping my lovely robot in the blender. In this process, I divided the robot into five parts head, hand, legs, mid, and tail, and gave different materials to each part. I didn't use multiple tiles because I will be baking it in a marmoset toolbag and it doesn't support multi tiles.

Update - 12 Nov 2022

So, today I completed my lowpoly process. Moreover, in this process, I have removed all the bevel and subdivision modifiers from the highpoly model which I made earlier in the blender, and applied sharp edges (cyan edge line ). Also, I have applied a subdivision modifier to some parts where I feel necessary just to avoid artifacts in the baking process and try to remove extra vertices as much as possible. I tried to make it a good topology as much as possible because I am still learning.

Update - 11 Nov 2022

Hey guys, I'm back home after a long vacation and spontaneously started finishing my sculpting in Zbrush for the remaining objects. Usually, In the sculpting process, I make creases and alphas. Today, I finished my sculpting and moved on to the lowpoly step, where I will make a lowpoly model in Blender.

Update - 30 Oct 2022

Hey guys,

So, I have applied a Subdivision modifier to all the objects and added smooth shade to them. In addition, I also applied crease(purple lines) to the edges which I want to sculpt in Zbrush later, and bevels weight(blue lines) to an object which I don't want to sculpt. Now, I will apply all the modifiers and export them to the Zbrush for adding details and alphas.

Update - 26 Oct 2022

Hey guys,

Finally done with the Blockout process :)

For me Blocking out those Big shapes is so important and I always try to get my blockout model shape as close as possible to actual shape because it helps me later on  when I am converting my model from  highpoly to lowpoly. Now, I am  moving on to the  next step where I create highpoly and here I will add details to my model. I'm using blender for modeling.

Happy Diwali !!! Hope  you guys are doing great.

Update - 14 Oct 2022

Hey Folks :)

So I have gathered some reference images from Artstation and Pinterest. I'm thinking about making a lovable bunny Robo for this challenge who spread kindness and happiness to everyone around her  by giving them chocolates and gifts. I Don't know  If I'm gonna make it or not, But its worth trying to do something out of my comfort zone. So wish me luck and Best of luck to everyone, I know you guys are gonna rock it.
