Future Proof 2023 Branding
The task was to create a brand and a opening title sequence for Future Proof 2023. It is a Motion Design Conference at Ringling College of Art + Design.
Concept: Focuses on the process of an artist and the different solutions that can be answered with design. As artists from start to finish, a project is always difficult. We overthink and get ourselves stuck but we always successfully reach the end. The choice of mixing 2D and 3D allows for a meeting and celebration between different communities.
STYLE FRAMES
A few visual elements have changed in the process of adapting the style frames into the motion test.
I rendered the 3D shapes using Cinema 4D. I had a second material color render pass that I used as a mask to apply the lines to the shape in post using After Effects.
