Insight into Chinese Residents: Healthcare environment to support residents' well-being and career calling

The thesis aims to develop supporting strategies for residents’ well-being and career-calling by cooperating with design theories and stress management to meet the preference and demands of residents’ work contents in the interior design of the working healthcare environment.
