Namibian oasis

I've been inspired by making this piece by the red sand dunes I've visited at my trip to Namibia.
Inbetween the sand dunes there was enough space for a city which made me think about creating an oasis.
On another trip, I have visited Ouarzazate in Marocco which I found the was perfect base for creating a new oasis city. I shot a girl in front of a green screen with an improvised dolly.

Later I started creating the city in Photoshop and I've added it all together with the keyed greenscreen plate.
And projected everything on cards in Nuke and gave it a more stylized look.
