My 2022 Portfolio
Hi! My name Roberto Arenas, and I'm a Junior 3d Prop & Environment Artist and a Student at Florida Universitaria. In this entry I'm showing you the projects I've done during my master's degree of Art for AAA Videogames in Florida Universitaria, since October 2021 to the present day.
I'm starting the entry with my latest work, made in the master's degree of Art for Videogames in Florida Universitaria.
This SKS rifle is a game ready asset with 20k Tris and 4k maps for the accessories and the weapon, the weapon's map being non square.
It was modelled mainly in 3DsMax, with some details made in Zbrush for the high poly, then it was textured in Substance Painter and rendered in Marmoset.
My second project at the master's degree of Art for Videogames in Florida Universitaria, this Sci-Fi envronment is based on this awesome design made by Peter Rossa: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PDYG4
It was modelled in 3DsMax, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in Unreal 4.
The environment is mainly composed of 4 different modules and some unique assets, and I've used decals, trims and tileable textures to give cohesion and unity to the scene, while trying to stay true to the original concept art.
This 1946 solid brass Zippo was my first project at the master's degree of Art for Videogames in Florida Universitaria.
It's a Hero Asset with 3846 tris and one 4k map for the textures.
It was modelled in 3DsMax, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in Marmoset.
