I'm studying Architectural visualization at YRGO and have a previous background as a Civil Engineer. I am thrilled to explore what possibilities a mix of these two worlds can provide! Here are some images from my student portfolio!

Round of applause for our sponsors

The Renovation Project

The goal was to find an old house in need of renovation and remodel two of the rooms using 3DS Max and Photoshop. It was important to have a target group in mind when furnishing the rooms. I found a two story house from the early 70's suitable for a family with small children. Hopefully you can tell which ones are the before and the after pictures.

The Forest Get-Away House

The aim was to produce a 3D model from existing 2D drawings and to only use 3D assets when creating the scene. 3DS Max, Forest Pack, RailClone and Corona renderer were used. Photoshop was mainly used for color matching and for some texture adjustments.

The London Project

The aim was to create an urban environment around an existing building located in Canary Wharf, London. The project was a collaboration with Assembly Studios who gave important feedback throughout the process. They provided the untextured 3D model, and our assignment was to add textures and light, choose the camera angle and give life to the image.

The Cuban Hotel

The aim of the project was to design and build a lobby in a contemporary hotel in Old Havana, Cuba. The project also involved designing the logo for the hotel, which was created in Illustrator and 3DS Max. The people and graffiti were added using Photoshop.

Matte Painting

The goal was to build a house in 3D without any textures or details, using 3DS Max. The landscape and textures were all put together in Photoshop.

Piña Armchair

The goal was to build a designer chair from PDF-drawings in 3DS Max. The inspiration for this chair comes from Magis Piña armchair designed by Jaime Hayon. You can use the slider below to see the chair wireframe.
