Raddish Bear in a Pot
A smaller project I'm very pleased with, I feel as if I achieved a nice hand painted texture while using generation for most parts of it. I only used hand painting to add details in the fur, manual highlights and small fixes.
The original concept art was sketched out in Photoshop. I made the high poly model in Zbrush, and then imported it into Blender to do the retopo. After that I used Houdini to UV unwrap it and exported the low poly model and the UV map to Substance Painter 3D where I baked the high poly model onto the low poly model to create a normal map. All in all this was a fun project to work on, where I first tried my hand at a few new techniques and programs.
