Hello there! This is a character I've made while studying 3D sculpture, my intention was to create a 'Dungeons and Dragons' tiefling character, but with a cyberpunk twist!

I hope you like it!

First of all I tried to keep everything relatively low poly (about 20k quads for the character and 3-4k for the weapon) as I wanted to bring it to Unreal but didn't have time to do so for this entry. 

Everything was modelled in Zbrush except for a few things such as some parts of the boots and the belt. I didn't go for a solution like Marvelous for the clothes to try and practice making fabric folds by sculpting.

Texturing was done in Substance Painter and Photoshop and I wished to achieve sort of a hand painted/stylized look to it.

Eventhough I didn't bring it to a game engine like Unreal, I did render this turnaround in Blender's realtime engine, Eevee, while the other pictures were rendered in Cycles (raytracing).

Here's a very brief view of the process I followed sculpting the character.

As a side project for the character I made this gun based on a 'FN Five-Seven' to try my hand at modelling a hardsurface gun, and again, keeping it as low poly as I was able to.
