This was an individual project on a bluetooth speaker and earbuds. that I decided to do during the holiday break from Nanyang Polytechnic. During this time, I was engrossed with 3D modelling and learning topology, but as a motion graphics designer, I wasn't too experienced in those fields, so I watched many tutorials on YouTube for guidance and step by step, I came up with this final video. The most struggle I had was probably with the UV mapping as I was a complete beginner and had almost zero idea on how to approach it. However with a few references and basic modelling skills that I've been training myself over the past one and a half year, I was able to come up with a simple design that wasn't going to be too hard when it comes to UV mapping. Finally, I used PixelPlow Agent to help me render out the frames as my laptop would not handle the task at that point of time. This project was rendered with the GPU renderer, 'Redshift', inside of Cinema 4D, then brought into After Effects.
