Thank you for taking a look on my very first post at The Rookies. I'm sharing a few concepts for a worldbuilding project and also some other unrelated designs. I hope you like it and share some advise. Let's do it!

A Not-New World

We are in a non that far future when overpopulation and pollution have changed the way people live. Thousands decided that those crowded cities weren't where they wanted to be so they migrated to other places. That's why now we have a more descentraliced world. Tech improvements make that possible, making people's life easier. However, the world is more dangerous because of the bigger areas the security forces have to protect. This has led to the appearance of some criminal organizations on one hand and watchers on the other.

Due to this "return to the field", people started to restore old buildings. By using modern techniques, they were able to mix that old look with the modern confort. Old castles, collapsed houses, ancient ruins... They all found a new purpose. Those changes affected how we understand fashion, art, architecture... And people started to call it "Contemporary Classicism".

A long time ago, this was a romanic tower used to defend an ancient kingdom. The borders moved and it suffered a siege that ended up partially demolishing it. Now it has been rebuilded in a gothic style.

Wayne is kind of a survivor. He lives in a small town and tries to help his neighbours. He's not that tough guy he looks like, actually he's very kind. Wayne uses his big blade to rush across the fields and he has that special gun to deal with the raiders who try to break into the town from time to time.

A good friend built this gun for Wayne. It has a special barrel for explosive bullets. Wayne doesn't like to use it but sometimes he has to deal with dangerous situations.
