My Blender portfolio of 2022! I've learned a lot from each of these pieces + a few nights where I slept a biiit late! Enjoy!

Tira's Break

This is a fanart I made in Blender for Bumilangit's Tira who is currently carrying a golden rifle. My goal here was to showcase how some Indonesians enjoy their breaktime, buying freshly-brewed instant drinks from nearby starling (starbucks keliling: roughly means traveling starbucks).

Process:

The two memorable steps in the creation of this piece, is making the bicycle and the hair. For the bicycle, it was the first time for me to use single vertex instead of a mesh to start.  For the hair, I normally would use Blender's generated hair particles, however this time I tried to use a mesh!

Slums Forgotten

This is one of my favorite 3D environment art pieces, it has a lot of textures! This is also the first time I learned how to make organic things like soil, plants, and rocks in Blender. I want to showcase that life in a big city is not always pretty, sometimes we forget about the poor and their slums.

Detail of the plant!

Process:

The two memorable steps in the creation of this piece, is making the draped cloth covering the house and the leaves. To make the draped effect, I used a cloth simulation!

Djamoe Everyday Booth

This was my first background design, previously I focused on sculpting characters. My goal here was to make a minimalistic booth for a modernized Jamu drink. This piece taught me a lot on crafting geometric shapes in blender!

Process:

The memorable steps in the creation of this piece, is making the beverage containers. I used the extrude tool a lot, and also learned how to use UV unwrapping to add an image texture to an object!

Thank you so much for checking out my work!

Have a blessed day.
