Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a traditional festival celebrated in Chinese culture. This festival celebrates on the theme of reunion.

This topic has been taken for the proposed motion graphic assignment. The 30-second motion graphic demonstrated the ancient Chinese story of the Mid Autumn Celebration, followed by a series of essential events that should take place throughout the festival.
Storyboard
Here is the storyboard of the motion graphic assignment. There are 4 sections presented in the video which are enjoy moon(赏月），eat mooncake(吃月饼），lantern（花灯) and reunion(团圆).
Style frames
Process
Moving on to the process, I trace out the shapes in Adobe Illustrator, then import all of these style frames into Adobe After Effects and begin animating the visuals.
