Poster Created for this project
Showreel that was created for this piece this includes wireframe, metalness, roughness, normal views.
Some stills that are also used in the showreel.
I started this project by creating a simple basemesh roughly the size that the character was supposed to be.
I then imported the character into Zbrush, and started the sculpting progress, adding clothing as well as creating the gun.
Once the sculpting progress was done, I started to export parts that were required to be retologised into Blender. At this stage I also started to clean up some of the topology. I created the UV Maps after completion of the Retopology.
Once I was happy with the retopology and UV Maps I started the bake progress in Marmoset Toolbag.
I started the texturing progress in Substance 3D Painter with the use of smart materials that I had created previously. To know what textures were going to be needed, I had previously created a breakdown of the materials during the research part of this project.
To be able to have the model standing Idle with an animation, I created a rig using Rigify in Blender.
Once all this was done I Imported it into Marmoset Toolbag set the scene up then I started to render it all out for use in the projects Showreel.
The showreel was created using Adobe Premier Pro
