Cosy Winter Cabin

This environment I created after graduating from University is an old cabin set in Canada during the early 2000s. My main goal while making this was to learn new skills and techniques that I had never used before in my work at Uni including Trim sheets, Marvelous Designer cloth, parallax occlusion, vertex blending, modular walls/floors, and improving my general knowledge of the pipeline and programs I use. Another goal was to create a nostalgic mood while also having the inside feel warm compared to the cold outside to make it feel extra cozy.

Stone Fireplace - Hero Asset

Here is the main Hero asset I created for my Cosy Cabin Environment. This was the hardest model to make by far as I had no idea how I would start off creating it. Once I got into the flow of creating it, it progressively got easier as I now knew what I was doing.
