The Luggage Room
shortfilm - 06:42 - 3D & 2D / Synopsis: Soledad, a 65-year-old immigrant, fills a suitcase with gifts to send to her family, as she embarks on a journey of fantasies and memories about her loved ones and the countless objects she has accumulated for them in a mountain of baggage inside her small room.
The Luggage Room
The Luggage Room was created as the final project for UPV Animation Master Degree. I was involved as script writter, 3D texturing and lighting but also I had the chance to direct the shortfilm. The story is inspired by my aunt Ceci's life, so the story was a personal journey but I could concret my vision thanks to the collaborate of all the team: Daniel Rupérez, Aurora Hermoso , Michelle Redón, Cinta Guisado, Paula Tinoco, Sergio Ciborro, Javier Planells, Alejandro Torres.
The music was created in Ecuador by WARÁX. Music post-production by Andrés Ortiz y Lucía Miralles and the Sound design by Carlos Mansa.
