Assassin Mole-Rat
I made "Assassin Mole-Rat" during a 20 day school assignment. My goal was to translate a 2D concept to 3D, as well as making it game ready. This is the first time I've gone through the entire process of making a game ready character. Original 2D concept by Justin Gerard.

I made this during a school project where we got 20 days to work on a personal project. The goal was to make it game ready and to make it look like the original 2D concept as much as possible.
The project was made using mostly Zbrush. I then used Mayas quad-draw to do the retopology, rigging and animation. For the texturing I used Substance Painter and renders were made using Marmoset Toolbag.
This has been the first game ready character I've made from start to finish with animation, normal map and PBR texturing. The most challenging part was trying to figure out the right anatomy and materials from the original concept since it was in drawn in such an extreme pose.
Total triangle count (including swords): 61 753
