The short movie is about a tree spirit, called Gyllen. He needs to run away from his home because of the deforestation that is happening. While running, he has the ability to teleport trough trees to different forests. After running from the destruction, he is confronted with the consequences of the deforestation.
Everything is made by the team. This means that everything is concepted, modeled, textured, composited, set dressed, sculpted, lighted, etc..., by the team.
Sacha Rossi was responsible for modeling props, set dressing, lighting and compositing. He also fixed any issue the team had and helped where needed.
Adriano Lorusso-Favia was responsible for all the concept art, modeling and animations.
Alexy Muller was responsible for making the simulations, simulation of the tree effect and particles.
David Klein was responsible for modeling props, set dressing, lighting and compositing. He was also responsible for the sound design and sound effects.
Arno De Regge was responsible for modeling props, set dressing, lighting and compositing. He was also responsible for texturing the assets and making it fit together.
Assets were made in Autodesk 3ds Max or Zbrush.
Assets were textured in Substance Painter.
Simulations were made in Sidefx Houdini.
Animation, Rendering, Lighting were done in Autodesk Maya.
