Rollerskates

Hey, I'm David! For this contest I wanted to recreate in 3D a pair of old roller skates similar to the ones showed in the trailer. I thought it would be a good hard surface practice with some more organic elements like the laces and the "boot" itself.

I made several renders, showing the final result, then just with the normal maps and finally to show the topology.

Everything is modelled in Blender, UVs were also made there, then textured in Substance Painter and the final images were tweaked in Photoshop.

These are the references I used, I believed some are newer rollerskates but I thought they had that old vintage look.
