Round of applause for our sponsors
Here is an assortment of game-ready assets I have made myself. All of these models are high-poly and entirely quad-based. Unfortunately, one of the three I am able to show my wireframe. The wireframe pass wouldn't work for the others. However, as a new 3D artist (since November 2020) I am extremely happy with my progress. Please enjoy.
Leviathan Axe (Hybrid design)
This, as is probably obvious, is an interpretation of the famous Leviathan Axe from the recent God of War reboot. One of my favourite weapons in popular culture.
Over the course of the game, as the player progresses and levels up, the appearance of the axe changes, From a simple woodcutting axe to a tool of a god. this design takes my favourite elements from the various stages of the axes progression, plus some personal touches of my own.
This was modelled and rendered in Blender, and post-processing in Photoshop.
One of the most iconic weapons in history. This weapon is difficult because it appears simple (hence why the katana design is historically so popular). I used displacement maps and modeling to create the design of tsuba, which is inspired by a real tsuba on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
Modeled, textured, and rendered in Blender. Post-processing was done in Photoshop.
One of the fastest electric cars on the planet. This model was one of the most challenging models I have ever attempted but I am really happy with the result.
