LISA was selected to be showcased in the Academy of Art University's annual Spring Show. She also won 1st place in 3D Character Art during the Gammy Awards hosted by AAU's Game Development Department.

My goal with this project was to practice matching the model to the concept art as close as possible. I also used this project to gain a better understanding of creating clean assets in ZBrush and Maya, and how to bake maps within Marmoset Toolbag 3.
Some struggles I faced was hair management and creating better roughness maps. I was extremely proud of how the hair came out during the sculpting phase, however retopology became a difficult challenge as I went back and forth trying to figure out what clumps I should combine and how to reduce each clump in an efficient manner. For the puff jacket in particular I wanted it to sparkle as you turned the model but my roughness map did not have enough contrast or spot variation, so I did a couple trial and errors before I got the effect I wanted.
Although she's not perfect, doing this model helped me level up exponentially and I'm excited to do another project like this soon!
