This cafe model was a project I made for a 3D modeling class. As a barista, I really enjoyed creating a scene of something so near and dear to my heart. I created a scene which shows the table of a student studying at a cafe in the early hours of the morning for an upcoming test.
The process for this project was very eye opening for me. In particular, this was the first time I was really able to dive deep into texture creation and I was very surprised with how much of an impact the roughness channel has on making something feel real.
