This project is student work that I recently finished during my spring semester at Savannah College of Art and Design. I enjoyed working on this project within 10 weeks. This is my first Game Art piece that I made. I originally had minimum experience with the applications and was able to understand the techniques.

Digital Applications: Unreal Engine 4, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, and Maya

Category: Game Art

This project is student work that I recently finished during my spring semester at Savannah College of Art and Design. I enjoyed working on this project within 10 weeks. This is my first Game Art piece that I made. I originally started with minimum experience with the applications and was able to understand the techniques.

This is an overview of the foliage, meshes, and landscape. I used different varieties of textures to blend and make the mountains and the ground realistic. The atmosphere is made in Unreal Engine to make continuity in the project.

This section of my student project shows the use of modular building structures and seamless textures. The Ice Castle is my best example of understanding that I can use small pieces to reuse and create structure. I used Maya to make the modular pieces, Photoshop to make the texture's normal and roughness, and Unreal Engine to assemble the Ice Castle.

The Frozen Lights are my best examples of using Substance Painter and Maya. I understand how to build geometry meshes and make UV layouts to be exported in Substance Painter. I used Substance Painter to build my level of details onto my Frozen Lights.
