Virina

The assignment was to design a character from scratch and finally create a splash art of it.

Virina is a necromancer that summons the dead to fight for her. Her charm lets the dead willing to wake from rest and die again for her.

Full body render of Virina, her design was hard to get right, I had to do a lot of revision to balance those elements together. But I managed at the end.

Never Be Alone

This is a group project for a short feature film, the story is about a husband who lost her wife to diseases, he was very depressed and in denial. But he met a little girl that reminded him what he should do. In the end, he managed to accept his wife's death and decided to contribute his artistic gift to society. Finally, he passed away and see his wife once again, his art was left in the museum for the rest to see.

Bibby and the Wolf

This is a solo project, the story is about Bibby trying to find a rare herb far from the village to cure her mother, but got very lost. She was very tired and decided to rest in an abandoned hut she came by. In the morning when she woke up, what she thought was a big fluffy pillow was actually a big wolf, and she slept a whole night on it!

The Perfect Fried Rice

This is a group project for a 1-minute short film, the story is about a mischievous cockroach helping the boy who is trying to cook the perfect fried rice.
