3D potpourri - Sara Pezzoni
Hello! My name is Sara, but people call me Sasa. I am training to become a versatile 3D generalist and I am currently at my second year at The Animation Workshop. Here is a collection of my latest works. Enjoy!
NGO Project
The NGO (or Non-Governamental Organization) is an recurring project at The Animation Workshop where students and clients work together for the first time. This year the chosen client we had the pleasure to work with was 5Skoler, a Danish organization that helps building schools for kids in Syria.
I got to work on the main character, from beginning to the end.
I was therefore responsible for the initial design, then modeling, sculpting, rigging and texturing.

BIPED PROJECT - CLARITA
Clarita is an outgoing, curious little explorer. She spends all her free time in nature in constant awe.
She dreams of becoming an entomologist and who knows? Maybe one day she will discover human-animal inter communication thanks to her special helmet.
This project is based on a dear friend. I wanted to include as much storytelling in a single pose as I could.
Note: the grasshopper, not being my first priority with this project, is based on a model from printable_models that I then edited and textured
Softwares used:
Maya | Zbrush | Substance Painter | Arnold
ENVIRONMENT PROJECT - JEDI TEMPLE
The moment captured in this shot takes place thousands of years before the events of the classic Star Wars trilogy.
This temple that I designed, a place of tranquility and peace, is set in the old planet of Coruscant.
I imagined it could have been home to one of the greatest sources of the force in the whole galaxy, a giant kyber crystal that only highly trained Jedi Knights could have access to.
