Nectar is a content and data management platform that provides small food businesses with a conversational touchpoint, enabling customer engagement through direct messages. Nectar helps increase understanding of the customer base through qualitative research and data visualization.
While on the customer end, Nectar simply conducts qualitative data collection through primary research and serves as an AI conversation manager to interact with customers and address questions on behalf of the business owners. On the internal system, Nectar also serves as a discussion platform between the staff to find solutions to problems, understand business trends in the region, and allows for customizable data visualization to best fit specific business interests. This dual system allows Nectar to create a digital twin of their customer's interests and needs, allowing them to easily connect data to business solutions and thrive together with other small independent food businesses.
