Little Gestures
An elderly master artist finds his abilities waning and receives help from an unlikely source.
Little Gestures
Little Gestures is a heart-warming film that embodies the themes of resilience and friendship. On a journey of creative struggle, we capture the moments where an artist accepts the support of his mannequin friend as they strive to forge a new balance to their relationship. A story of passing down a craft and keeping art alive.
The short film was created by a collaboration of animation and VFX students from Escape Studios London. The 12 week project was made remotely with one day of on set filming under Covid guidelines.
