My beginnings in this exciting world
Hi! I'm Ilenia and this is my first year in the Rookies. I would like to show you some of the projects I have worked on since I started studying in Butic the new school, a place where I have learned a lot; much more than I could have imagined of this fascinating visualization world.

1| THE GREEN BAR
-Interior Visualization-
This was the first project I did in the course using 3ds Max and V-ray. For this job we had to choose one of the colors proposed by the school; I chose the green one, and I wanted to replicate a Temakinho restaurant in Milan.
The main goal was to apply the theories I had learnt so far: modeling techniques, lighting and material configuration. Here I modelled some elements in the scene, the toughest part was to enrich the lighting.

2| Mediterranean sunset
-Exterior visualization-
The aim of the second exercise was to learn how to use Forest Pack. There was only one rule: we had to include Alberto Campo Baeza's Grob House and merge it into nature.
Here, I let myself get inspired by my homeland, Italy, with its wild beaches and warm sunsets.

3| Organic Modelling
This was a technical exercise to practice organic modeling and the ability to observe and reproduce a reference object.
Here the most difficult parts were modeling the leaves and finding the correct texture. Another challenge was to create the dirt properly.

4| Reschio Hotel
I wanted to replicate an interior scene of the Reschio hotel in Umbria (Italy), for a long time. This contest meant the needed opportunity to do so.
The hardest parts were finding the right light and recreating the texture of the bricks, where I even tried to model the bricks one by one.
The dining room table and chairs are assets from the library.

Special thanks to José Manuel Cuello Sáez for allowing me to use his statue.
Thanks for your time. I hope you enjoyed my work.
