After the release of the Lord of the Rings art books back in 2003, I first realised that concept art was a job and one sounded amazing. A few years later I went to college with the intention of going to university to study fine art however at college I was told that concept art wasn't a job but something artist did on the side, and with a lack of information about how to get into it I gave up on the idea. 8 years or so later and I ditched my old job and decided to try again!!
