Knight Spider Animation Challenge
Here’s a challenge for all you aspiring animators looking to expand your talents. Rookie Alumni, Mehmet Tayfur Türkmenoğluwe has created an original character called Knight Spider using Autodesk Maya. This cool character has then been professionally rigged by Mike Fabris from Dr Reel https://www.drreel.com.

For over 22 years, Michael Fabris has been all over the animation business. Beginning his career as a CG generalist, he would go on to form the award-winning studio RubberPixel in 2007.
Between 2001 and 2015, Michael also instructed hundreds of students at the world-renowned Sheridan College in the Systems and Character Rigging Department for Advanced Character Animation.
Recognizing a need for quality character rigging services/support throughout the industry, Michael launched Dr.Reel, a character rigging outsourcing studio in Toronto and New York City.
Since 2016, Michael and his team have kept busy providing production-quality rigs for commercial, A.I., film, and video game applications. To date, Dr.Reel has produced hundreds of character rigs, CG props, vehicles, and crowd assets for clients all over North America and overseas.
