You have ranked in a low student grouping when compared to all students for 2018. The judges feel your skills are lacking and there is still a lot of training required. Receiving this grade can also indicate that your entry was incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or missing projects. Either way, keep pushing yourself as it only takes a little time to get up the ranks.
