Rookie of the Year – Winner
CHRISTOPHER RICHARD

As a child I was obsessed with sketching and loved animals.  I grew up and so did these qualities. I was fascinated by intricate details in nature and this, later on translated into the world of machines. Seeing Rail engines, automobiles and their complex mechanisms just caught my attention every time. With a basic point and shoot at my home I started capturing these fascinating details. I believe my eye for details and intricacies started then, which helped me understand interaction of light with everyday objects as well as composition.
